Subscription terms

The service

Rahi Wajda is an online pager for restaurant counters. A QR sits by the till; the customer scans it, types their ticket number, and their phone rings when the counter taps « Ready ». On Android and on desktop the open page itself rings; on iPhone, an Apple Wallet pass. The customer installs nothing, creates no account and gives no phone number.

The service does not take orders, does not collect payments and does not replace the way you work. It complements calling out loud: you keep calling numbers at the counter, especially for customers who did not scan or whose page closed (the cashier screen tells you).

Ringing depends on the customer's phone, its settings (volume, battery saving), its connection and yours. We do everything for it to arrive; we cannot guarantee it for every phone.

Opening an account

Accounts are opened by our team after a call with you; there is no online sign-up. The account is tied to the Google address you give us. One account is one restaurant.

You are responsible for the devices you connect to the counter and for their access; you can disconnect one at any time from your console.

Free trial

Every new restaurant gets a 7-day free trial, started by our team when the account is opened. No payment method is asked. At the end of the trial nothing turns into a subscription: if you do not pay, number distribution simply stops.

Plans and prices

Two plans: 6 months for 2,400 DZD and 12 months for 4,000 DZD. Prices are in Algerian dinars, as shown at the time of payment. A paid period is due at the price shown that day; a price change applies only to later periods.

Payment and activation

You pay by BaridiMob or CCP transfer, or by Yassir Cash, entering the transfer reference in your console; our team confirms receipt by hand. When offered, CIB or Edahabia card payment goes through Chargily Pay.

The period starts when the payment is confirmed and adds to the time you have left. A payment we cannot find is not activated: contact us with the reference.

No automatic renewal

Nothing renews by itself, no card is stored, no surprise charge. Your console shows the days left; you renew when you want, or not.

End of the period

At the end of the paid period (or the trial), distribution of new numbers stops. The customer page stays online and a typed number keeps working. Your console stays open so you can renew.

Your data and settings are kept for a reasonable time after the end of the period, then deleted. You can ask for their deletion sooner.

Refunds

A period is non-refundable once it has started, except for a prolonged unavailability of the service caused by us.

Acceptable use

The service is for your restaurant. You do not share access to the counter outside your team, you do not ring a customer for no reason, and you do not use the first name a customer gives you for anything but calling them. Any attempt to bypass, overload or attack the service is forbidden.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend an account in case of fraud, abuse, illegal use or a rejected payment, telling you the reason. You can stop whenever you want: simply do not renew, and ask us to delete your account if you wish.

Liability

We provide the service as is, with the care owed to a tool used in the middle of service. We do not guarantee that every phone rings, and we are not liable for an order not collected, a customer who does not come back, or any indirect loss. Should our liability be engaged, it is limited to the amount paid for the current period.

Personal data

What we collect about you and your customers, and your rights, are described in our Privacy policy. The first names your customers give you are shown to you to call them; you treat them with the same care.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force; an important change will be announced in your console. A price change never affects a period already paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Algerian law. In case of disagreement, write to us first at [email protected]: we look for a solution together. Failing that, the competent Algerian courts decide.
