Do my customers have to install an app?

No. They scan the QR at the till, type the number on their receipt, and that's it. No app, no account, we don't even ask for their phone number. It takes 10 seconds.

What if the customer locks their phone or is watching TikTok?

Yes, they are still alerted. On Android and iPhone alike, their phone alerts them even when locked or with another app open, and if they don't come we alert them again, up to 4 times. If a customer closed everything, your screen marks the number « call out »: you call it out loud, as before.

Do I need to change my till or buy hardware?

No. You keep your till and your receipts. The calling screen opens on the phone, tablet or PC you already have, next to your till software. Just print the QR: we give you the card ready to stand on the counter.

Is it complicated for my cashier?

They tap the order's number on the screen, or type it. That's all. Wrong number? They have 3 seconds to undo before the phone rings. Collected orders clear themselves.

Can my staff call orders from their own phones?

Yes. From your restaurant space you create a 6-digit code: your employee types it on their phone and gets the calling screen only. They don't see your settings or your subscription. You can disconnect any device at any time, for example when someone leaves.

How much is it? Is there a fee per order?

2 400 DZD for 6 months or 4 000 DZD for a year: less than 11 DZD a day. No commission, no limit on orders, no pager boxes to buy, repair or lose.

How can I try it before paying?

Will my customers know it's my restaurant?

Yes. They see your name, logo and colour on their page and in the notification. Your service, your brand.

Does it work with a weak connection?

The customer's page is very light: 3G is enough. If your internet drops, your screen tells you and picks up again by itself as soon as it's back; meanwhile you call numbers out loud as before.

How long am I committed for?

Only the period you pay for. Nothing renews automatically, no surprise charges. If you don't like it, you simply don't renew.
