# Rahi Wajda > Rahi Wajda (راهي واجدة, Darija for « it's ready ») is an order-ready pager for restaurant counters in Algeria: the customer scans a QR by the till, types their ticket number, and their phone rings when the cashier taps « ready ». No app, no account, no phone number asked. Site: https://bipeur.online (Arabic by default, French at /fr, English at /en). Names: Rahi Wajda (Latin), راهي واجدة (Arabic). Domain: bipeur.online. ## What it does - Replaces shouting order numbers and buzzing pager boxes with the customer's own phone. - The restaurant keeps its till and its paper tickets; nothing changes in how orders are taken. - The cashier's « call » screen opens in the browser of a phone, tablet or PC the restaurant already has; nothing to install or plug in. - Each waiting number shows how many minutes it has waited; late ones change colour. - Staff can open the call screen on their own phones with a 6-digit code from the owner; the owner can disconnect any device at any time. - The customer page and the notifications carry the restaurant's name, logo and colour. ## Who it is for Restaurant, fast-food and snack-bar owners in Algeria who call orders out at a counter. Not a menu, not online ordering, not delivery, not reservations. ## How it works (3 steps) 1. The customer scans the QR card by the till and types the number printed on their ticket. About 10 seconds; no app, no account, no permission prompt. 2. The restaurant prepares the order. When it is ready, the cashier types the number on the call screen (or taps its tile). A wrong number can be undone within 3 seconds. 3. The customer's phone rings and vibrates, even locked or with another app open, and tells them to come to the counter. ## Ring channels - Android and desktop browsers: the open web page itself keeps listening while the ticket waits and rings loudly when the order is ready; the phone can be locked or on another app. If the customer closes everything, the cashier's screen marks the number « call out » and the cashier calls it aloud as before. - iPhone: a lock-screen notification arrives when the order is ready (re-sent up to 4 times if they do not come). - No SMS, no WhatsApp, no push notifications, no app store download on either platform. ## Prices (whole Algerian dinars, no commission, no per-order fee) - 6 months: 2 400 DZD. - 1 year: 4 000 DZD (less than 11 DZD a day). - Every plan includes unlimited orders, the printed QR counter card and the owner console. Nothing renews automatically; the restaurant is committed only for the period it pays for. - Paid online by card (CIB / Edahabia through Chargily) or by BaridiMob / CCP transfer, depending on what the restaurant is offered. ## Free trial 7 days, free, in the restaurant with real customers, no bank card. It is started by phone: the owner leaves their name, restaurant and number in the callback form on the homepage, and the team calls back and sets everything up with them in about 5 minutes. ## Languages Arabic (default, right to left), French and English, for the customer page, the call screen and the owner console. ## Contact The callback form on the homepage: https://bipeur.online/#rappel (in French: https://bipeur.online/fr#rappel, in English: https://bipeur.online/en#rappel).
